What was the H2O temp at the RR Bridge Saturday?
I haven't gotten around to looking at my dive computer but everytime I checked it during the dive it was getting colder, probably from sitting in the 90+ heat but the last time I checked it was 67.

This Sunday was a good time. Glad to see some old faces and meet new people as well. Solodiver - thanks for posting the pics, the viz actually looks better than I imagined. Until the next one...

Even though I did this dive in a 3mil shorty, I couldn't belive the temps. They got low.
The next day, at Dutch, Bubby Boy and I did some dives (BTW, BB, I fixed the other scooter!)
Anyway, the last dive, I did with a 3 mil shorty. Down to 60 feet and 59 degree water. All I need is a few seconds at each thermoclim to get acclimated and I was fine.
The only bad part was surfacing. It felt like I was in a pot of boiling water when I reached the 15 foot safety stop after being at the 60' depth for a little while.
God I love diving!

Man, I wish I had felt like that after surfacing on Sat. I don't know why I felt colder on land than I did in the water. It took me a good hour to warm up.The only bad part was surfacing. Great! Maybe when I get back from vacation in a week we can do it again. Let's go up there and try to chase down that 2ft trout.
I was wondering too if Pir8 would let me use one for the navigation course I'm probably going to take with him. Would that be cheating?

You can carry it as balast but it won't do you much good when Navigating.
