MANUELKAJAK.jpg It would be nice to meet a fine lady who shares my love for scuba and many other fun activities. I am looking for someone positive, fun, my junior and ready to explore some new dive locations. I have posted some pics of myself and have yet to post some of my diving trip photos (it would be nice to see pictures of yourself too). Hope to hear...

Did you read the part where it says this isn't a dating site? But stay active on this board, attend happy hours, go on trips and you will find her.
BTW, the women on this board come with alot of baggage, gear bags, weights and some tanks :o
I, Latitude Adjustment (insert log in name), do hereby swear, (politely), that I shall not hold SingleDivers, (SD), nor any SD poster, (real or imagined), liable, nor shall I seek legal restitution, (real or imagined), for any perceived, (real or imagined), offenses I may incur, (or Incurrrrrrrrrr on talk like a pirate day), that may or may not be posted on this or any SCUBA related board, (real or imagined), by anyone, (real or imagined), anywhere, (real or imagined). Further, I void any right to privacy, (real or imagined), as it may, or may not relate to any posting, (real or imagined), about me, to me, for me, because of me, all about me, my dog, my cat, my bird, my monkey, my family, (real or imagined), my friends, (real or imagined), or my world, (real or imagined).

Sorry, runswiththebulls, I do not qualify for what you are looking. I am also a single male.
I do not understand the 'junior' thing in your post, please explain.
I realized a while ago that I was going to stop looking. Too many folks have told me that I will find someone when I am NOT looking. I realize that all the friends and more that I have found have come to me without any action on my part. You without a doubt have some excellent qualities. You are a diver (big one there) and just look at those guns! wanna swap arms? That speaks of dicipline and commitment and a good view of your-self. :o
I am going to just do what I love to do and when someone joins me, they will naturally have that in common with me.
This site is the place to meet some great folks male and female and if this is something that you love to do, you are in some great company! I joined up less than a week ago and love this place. Can't wait 'til Saturday when work won't get in the way of my time reading posts and 'talking' with folks.
Loneliness, lack of companionship, the need for tenderness, the desire for someone 'soft' in your life SUCK big time. However, I have found that the quote "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger" really applies here.
The desire (need) must be overcome for I have also found that any woman that you would want to spend quality time with has no desire to be around a 'needy' man.
If you are looking for Ms. Right, look at yourself and ask, 'Am I Mr. Right?'.

Did you see the option "interested in dating and diving (both)"? That is what i selected, mind you. As far as the extra baggage i don't care to carry it for them as long as it is in the form of gear and weights... :o

Rob, thanks for your advise; i agree, it's good to socialize in general and i enjoy that; diving is just one thing more that you get to share with someone else. Specially when you travel long distances (i have a trip to Kona in xmas). By "my junior", i meant my age or younger, is that the right way to say it?

I may get together with you guys from the area to do some local dives as all i have been diving is in remote locations.

Thanks again... :o

Keep the faith...
I am sure it will happen at a time when you least expect it.

I have a girlfriend who use to be single.. we would dive and talk about men and not having any dates.
We both set a goal for 2006 ~ To go on 1 real date sometime during the year.

She married the man of her dreams July 5th... :banghead:
Met him the year before ~ it was wonderful watching the relationship grow.

I think she is still in shock that she found him or that he found her.

I believe most of the gals on this board are happy to carry their own baggage, gear bags, weights.
I know I am. :teeth:

I will accept offers of help with my tanks. :wakawaka:

Whipped! :hiya:
I can't believe I said that!
Patience grasshopper. As a divorced person, I know what you are saying when you ask 'When will it happen'
The answer SUCKS :wakawaka:
I am sorry to tell you that it will happen after you don't care anymore if it ever happens and if it doesn't....by then that will be ok too. You have (I had, please understand, I have been through this hell) to stop thinking of a relationship as a goal and live YOUR life. She will only come to you after you realize that you are all you need. When you become a complete person in and of yourself, you will find that quality which appears to be attractive to everyone, even the fairer sex.
Juat some free advice and worth every penny!

How many decades? From the 60's to the present. I've never dated a woman who dived. Very strange since I've lived on an island with world class diving all that time! And I do shower regularly, use deodorant and brush my teeth!
