Please join me in welcoming our newest er...I mean 'returning' moderator aka 'Whips & Chains' back to the moderating staff! :cheerleader: Terri aka Terri has been a long time SD Moderator also known as "Whips and Chains" :o but moved to Curacao last year to pursue some advanced dive training and well just escape Corporate America for awhile. Now that she is settled in she has returned to help SD as a mod again and we are thrilled to have her back!

Fortunately we don't have to do a lot of moderating on our site and our mods have been with us for years giving us stabilty, depth and well expertise in this important arena. However they serve a very important role which keeps our community fun, unique and enjoyable for all. While we tease about them cracking the :D on folks they do enforce our Terms of Service (TOS) and Community Guidelines which are here in case you have not read them or reveiwed them lately! (And while you are at it...please review our FAQ as well here so you are completely up to speed!) :cool2:

But our mods do more than enforce rules and guidelines...they help our members with problems that they encounter when they are new to the site. They keep our community free from predators and others who wish to harm our community and they ensure that we offer a respectful environment for divers regardless of diving level, certifying agency, sex, race, nationality, religion or politics. In fact, these things merely interfere with diving so we don't mess with them and we appreciate you not doing so either!

Again please join me in re-welcoming Terri back as one of our moderators! :fish:

Yeah I know: I've been branded a non-group person - doesn't play well with others. I am so upset. Posted Image Let me know if you want to have some fun, without the drama - I'm good for that.
