Hi Folks!

I'm Marvel, from S FL- Lauderdale By The Sea- beachfront, to be exact. I've been unable to dive during the "cold" winter months & I'm really starting to "jones" over it. So, my temporary solution is to just post like crazy & pray for the water to warm up

Brief bio of pertinent info: Female, single, 46, love to dive, read, play with computers & play pool. Going to do the whole joining up & in thing here. It's wonderful to have a place to go that I can meet people who share one of my greatest passions.

'Course, despite being a singles forum, the way the dive community structures things, this may also turn into a great place to just meet & get to know PEOPLE, regardless of gender, probably make a lot of new friends & learn more about the sport I love.

I started diving last summer & in the course of about 3 months have done between 40-50 dives. They were happening so fast that I had a hard time keeping up with my dive log & eventually fell hopelessly behind!

I am soooooooooo glad you've joined us!!! As B2B said...we are still very new but we will be whatever our members want! And check out the awesome trips we have going to Bonaire...North Carolina...Roatan etc. You can even vote on where you want to dive in the poll we have going under the North America forum I think.

Yes you will....we will be doing more trips to Florida and I'm sure the Floridians will do some get togethers on their own to meet like the Texans have been planning! I hope we grow to the point of having small SingleDivers.com get togethers ALL over Canada and the US....and thats just to start!

So tell us all the great diving places you are close too....you know ....whet our appetites! LOL!!
