Okay here it goes, for those of you don't know the area would be in the Brockville ,Prescott and Rockport area of eastern Ontario ,Canada. In Prescott, I recommend The Colonels Inn with a shuttle service to pick you up at the Ottawa International airport (45 minutes from the Inn)or Montreal(1 hr 30 min from in) If we go with the dive charter which I recommend ,it s located in Brockville. It is a nitrox ,trimix and rebreather facillity)has 4 boats of which 2 can hold over 20 divers and serves a lunch on board.More details to come when I hear back from Kamala. Also diving on both sides of border :fish: :fish: :diver: :diver: :o

Hi Bob, Maybe you can tell us the airport codes for Ottowa / Montreal for we who are not

for Montreal, use YUL

Does that include the conversion factor ie: 5/9-32= ?????? :lmao:

Well for those that are really adventurous and enjoy small planes..There is always

Watertown ART
Massena MSS
Ogdensberg OGS

But for me, I'd just as soon drive up from Syracuse or down from Ottawa.

Hey everyone I've spoken with BottomTime Charters who service the St Lawrence Seaway amongst other areas too and he has availability for Sept 2009.

We are doing a Single's Week in Roatan over the Labor Day weekend so would look to do this a bit later in the month. What I need to know is who is interested...how many days do you want to dive and when in Sept would you be able to go if you could or would dive in September so I can lock some dates in!

Bottom Time Charters has 2 boats one that holds 12 divers and one that holds 8 divers. And if we got really wild and crazy we could rent both boats.

The diving is really cool but the water in Sept is VERY VERY VERY reasonable with temps as warm as mid to higher 70's!

So looking forward to your input...thank you! kamala

Sept and Oct are as warm as the water in Superior will get, it tends to run a little behind max. air temp, so they are typically the best months. I've never been east of a few jaunts into Erie on my boat, so I'd be interested in seeing the wrecks of the St. Laurence!
