[Sweeper]

Hey all,

I was certified about 12 years ago but have only been diving regularly for the past couple of years. Last year I got in 4 trips--Grand Bahama Island, Marco Island, BVI, and Cozumel. I've an end of April trip booked to Key Largo. I've tried the local dive club trips and find myself a fish out of water java script:emoticon('')with all of the couples. I look forward to a trip with this group.

Other interests include tennis, fine dining, fine cooking, reading, woodworking, and weaving. Professionally I'm an organizational psychologist looking to play more!

Welcome....and you sure hit the nail on the head....diving with a bunch of couples IS exactly like being a fish out of water!

In fact that is the main reason we started SingleDivers.com...that and to save money for our members! Yep...the only thing that you blow thru faster in this sport then money is the air you breathe diving!! LOL!!

We are really happy that you found us and I just know you'll have a ball diving with us as well as getting to know people via our Surface Interval message board!

Please make yourself at home and feel free to post as often as you like. The more participation...the more welcome others will feel!

And THANKS for asking where to send your premier membership fee too!! I'll pm you with all the details!! It means a lot to us that you are joining so soon...the modest fee we charge helps to offset the cost of keeping the board online and supported. Awesome on joining us for Bonaire!!! It is June 13-20 and I guarantee you'll have a blast!! Have you checked out all the details under our trip section on the main site? Click on Upcoming Single Trips from www.SingleDivers.com and you'll find info on Bonaire as well as this particular trip.

As for the smilie problem...I'll have our techno smilie guys see why they won't work...as for an interim solution...Bubble2Bubble is right...try typing the code for them and see if that works. If you need a list of them let us know! -ww

Goin' on a trip already!!! Way cool! Give me a shout if you spend sone time in Ft Lauderdale on your way too or from Key Largo. Come to think of it- if it's a weekend thing at the end of April I might just invite myself along for a dive!!
