The work around is in the first post on the new thread:
1. Do NOT NOT NOT post your picture directly to this thread.
Send Funewgy a PM, ask him for his email address, then send him your picture. He will upload the pic to his server and send you back the link. You then post that link usng the IMG command! Use good taste, ok? We don't want the mods to yank our funnies! This way the thread wont lock up on you!
The upload feature is temporarily disabled due to the lockup issues that it is causing. Hope this helps!

We are experiencing technical problems with uploading photos. ZD is working to fix the problem. Until he gets it fixed, all uploading has been disabled.

Ah, PS. I was a member of a team that chose and implemented that at a prior company. Hey, as complicated as it is at least 1) it has tight integration, 2) it's somewhat flexible, and 3) it's in ENGLISH, unlike SAP (which we all know stands for Support Another Programmer, Sell All Possessions, S#!+ Another Problem, etc.).
