Hey gang...as many of your know we just returned from diving the most pristine and new diving destination in the Caribbean....MAYAGUANA!
The island has 300 people and they do NOT have a land based diving operation nor are they allowing year round diving to their island. Currently only about 3 months a year of diving is being allowed....WOW!!!
I was BLOWN AWAY by our first trip there last week and I wanted to see if there was another date we could snag for next year. Currently the boat runs Feb thru April and that is it. Its way too cold for my blood in Feb averaging 72 degrees warming to 74-76 in March and finally warming to 77-79 in April. So its April or bust for this warm water wuss!!!
Besides Feb 2011 is Saba St Kitts
March 2011 is Bonaire and
April 2011 COULD be Mayaguana
However April 24th to May 1st is Truk Lagoon with Palau after that.....
It will be a bit tight but its doable.
SO...........................
Do we go for it and do the only week they have available April 9-16? Or do we just plan for 2012????

YIKES...I gotta check with PNW but I show the show is that weekend....we may have to wait til 2012 to dive this amazing place again.

You could have one of your "Dedicated Coordinators" go in your place. Wouldn't be the same, but might work.YIKES...I gotta check with PNW but I show the show is that weekend....we may have to wait til 2012 to dive this amazing place again.

Could work but at least one of them will be helping with the PNW show and the other is doing the Palau trip so would not be able to swing that much time off. And secondly it does not get ME diving there!
