Actually, this is totally unrelated to anything so far, but where is the SingleDivers server physically located? (What time zone?) Because all of my timestamps are off by one hour.

I'm not sure where the server is. Our provider has several sites where they place their servers. We don't actually own them, we just rent space with a provider, as is standard for almost all websites. However, the location of the server is not your issue. I suspect your DST settings are wrong. You can set your time zone and whether or not you wish to have the site correct for Daylight Savings time or not. I suspect your issue is related to that setting since your time zone is correct. Unfortunately, I do not have visibility to your DST settings though. This is a setting in your profile. Your profile will be under "My Settings" in the dropdown with your member name in the upper right corner. Give that a shot and see if it helps.
