Any online community needs the undaunting efforts and countless hours of devotion and support that people like Brad aka dive_sail_etc provide behind and in front of the scenes to keep a place like this running!
Forums do not magically keep themselves running nor do they just create special forums when you need them. We regularly need photo galleries for each of our trips and events as well as the 'Special Discussion' forums we use so heavily when planning and executing our trips.
And its more than just a 'cut and paste' a forum is set up. Each forum once created must have individual permissions granted such as who can read this forum, who can post in it, etc. and these permissions much be set up for EVERY category of members we have.
It is often time consuming and tedious.
So when we needed some recent photo galleries set up Brad jumped in to get ahead of the curve and set up ALL the photo galleries we need for the REST OF THE YEAR!!!
And while he was at it he set up Special Discussion Forums for ALL of our trips for 2011!!!
So when I say Brad is our FORUM KING...I mean it!
So join me in thanking ANOTHER ONE OF OUR UNSUNG HEROES on the SD.com site. Without Brad and others like him...we would not have the amazing support and structure this awesome community has!

Um... Forum third cousin twice removed by (failed) marriage, maybe?
Wenchie, you KNOW how horribly shy I am! I owe you a pinch for all this unsolicited (but secretly flattering) adulation!
Unless, of course, you still enjoy getting pinched...
Your Helpful Admin Elf,

Greg: My singing is not very useful unless you want the bats banished from your attic. (The ones in your belfry are your problem!) Yes, the etc has proven amazingly adaptable and wildly popular with the hipster crowd: Groovy, yes?
Tammy: Nice try but we all know it takes more than a few gallery and forum creations to impress someone who carries as much as you do daily. Still, the attention is flattering if horribly misdirected. Keep shoveling... er... fluttering!
Thundering voice from the Flaming Brad-Head: "Pay no attention to the geek behind the curtain!"...
