I Think Kamala mentioned we are supposed to meet down by the baggage carosel. The airport isnt that big, and i'm sure there will people standing around with little signs. I'll be wearing a single divers shirt, in case I'm lost.

Hey Vince... I'll also have a SD shirt on and we'll show the arrival times of everyone's flights soon. I'm in Seattle at a dive show and will be back on Monday night.

We'll meet in baggage claim except for Ken who will meet us at Playa along the way. (He's in Cozy as we speak getting some extra diving in!)

Yep... sorry so slow...my trip coordinator has not been able to work on this like normal so its falling to me and several of you just sent in docs this week.

We are a bit behind... but should have it posted soon.

ARRIVAL INFO AND UPDATES:


1. Linda we may have an option for you to hang out at a nearby hotel after I arrive at 11:30 so I know you are there. We'll then pick you up after the last of the group arrives at 4:30pm.

2. Ken will be coming over via ferry from Cozumel and will meet us at a hotel near the ferry station on the way to the resort around 5pm or so.

3. NOTE TO EVERYONE... if for any reason you are NOT IN THE INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL please realize that we are meeting at baggage claim in the INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL where United and the major airlines are arriving at. Cancun has 3 terminals so its remotely possible there could be some confusion.

4. Here are the arrival times of everyone:

One final note... I am happy to sit and watch the luggage while you all roam the airport or hang out in more comfortable places. This gives me a stable location and I'm easy to spot!

Quickie Update:

Just got a few updates from the resort owners that are helpful...

1. there is wifi at the airport..
2. and the vans have radios so I can communicate with them
3. and the mosquitos are not real bad, but we are starting to have a little rain, so they are just coming out. So
bring bug spray

It was a REALLY good time and I could be easily persuaded to go back...cheap air to Cancun...great dive operation...cool and funky resort... AWESOME food and cool diving... INCLUDING MANATEES.... GOLIATH GROUPERS (the biggest I've seen) and the regular assortment of eels, turtles and other Caribean critters...

the only real downside...too many lionfish but we STRUCK REVENGE and ate a ton of then and fed another ton to the eels and lobsters! Even had a reef shark check us out when we were hunting but he did not stick around for the fast food we were serving up!
