I've been fortunate, I can't say I have a favorite.
Raja Ampat - watching a circling Manta for 20 minutes, literally having to duck it's wingtip as it passed, then the thunder from it breaching - the tiny plankton on night dives - the 'walking' shark
The colorful soft corals of Wakatobi
Watching the secretary blennies at 'Thunder Dome' West Caicos
There's so many more, I hope I'm able to remember them all as I grow old.

OF course the standard reply of "My last and the next" are most apt here. However... 2 dives with stand out. Neptuner happened to be my buddy on both. A night dive chasing octopi in cozy and watching a black tip reef shark silhouetted against the bow of the Bianca C in Grenada.
