Same here and I am still friends with some of them which is nice. Keep the good, let go of that which didn't work at the time.

As for the post breakup coping strategies, that will have to wait until we meet each other, as those are secrets of the sisterhood, and not for public consumption. :teeth:

A friend of mine still shares his house with his ex, almost ten years after they broke up. Gets interesting when he has a current female companion round, but it doesn't seem to trouble them.

My son's dad and I have made nice since our split ten years ago so that Ben can stay in one (my) house. His dad moves in when I go diving. I lock up my files, Ben is home and with his dad, and life is good :evilgrin:

Mind you, I'm not dating anyone. I'm sure it wouldn't go over very well. But now we're on another subject :laugh:
