"We need a volunteer who ain't breathing---here's one I made earlier."
Always good to see a man who's prepared, Vinnie!
This video is FAR superior to the one put out by the AHA, IMO.

AHA videos could bore a stiff, trust me I know as a instructor I have to play those videos 20-30 times a year.
Cant see youtube videos at work but i have a feeling its the british version of the AHA for compression only CPR. Its Hilarious and I show it in all of my CPR classes.
The change in CPR guidelines to hands only was a result of people taking to long to give the breaths and get back to compressions. When a person arrests there is enough oxygen in the blood stream to keep oxygen to the brain and and heart as long as it is circulated (IE compressions). Even on 911 we give hands only instructions to callers for the first 6 mins of compressions then depending on the situation we convert to 2 breaths every 30 compresssions or 2 breaths and a 100 compressions.
Now there are no changes to professional guidlelines except for depth of compression. Then again we have a few more tools, people and tricks up our sleeves in/on the ambulance,
