This is an update to the original help topic provided by Simon aka shadragon to reflect new design and terminology in the latest IPBoard release.

Definitions:
First a quick set of definitions: An "Album" is a collection of your own pictures; you can decide whether other members can see pictures posted there. A "Gallery" is a collection of many peoples' pictures and is publicly available.
If you want to post pictures into an existing Gallery, then follow these steps:
One of the tabs just below the Singledivers.com fish logo is "Gallery". Click "Gallery". On the resulting page drill down to the gallery you want (i.e. "2012 SingleDivers.com Group Trip & Event Pictures"). Then if there is a sub-gallery such as and then "2012-10/11: Roatan Singles' Week" click that to reach the gallery you want to post pictures in.
Inside the target gallery, on the far right upper area there is a "New Image" button. Click here then you can type a Caption for your picture and below that, include a brief description. (You need to enter at least two characters in the Description box.)
Under the Description box you will see "Image to upload" click on "Browse" to the right of this and navigate the resulting local computer folder tree to your pictures. File types allowed are (file extension): .jpg, .jpeg, .png, and .gif. Click once on the target picture, then click "Submit Image". After several seconds the image will upload and the Gallery page will open with the newly uploaded image now displayed. (Upload speeds are typically slower than download speeds, so large file sizes will require a bit of patience.)
Repeat the last couple of steps for each additional picture.
To create a personal album follow these steps:
In the top right of the page you will see down arrow next to your display name; click there. In the resulting listbox, click My Profile.
IN the resulting page click the Gallery tab. In the bottom right corner of this tab there is a button "Create Album". Note: You can have up to 5 personal albums.
Now type in an album name, fill in the description and check the box if you want others to see it. After you are done, you can now upload images to that album. If marked as private, only you will be able to see it. If marked as public, everyone has access. To return to your Album later, follow the My Profile -> Gallery above to return to the Gallery tab which will list your created Album.
