Hi Kamala,
Do you think my purchase from last year qualifies for the software.
And can you check on getting a hard copy user manual or a link to it on line. If you remember - they sent me a tiny disk with the users manual, but I have no way to read the tiny disk (DO NOT put the tiny disk in a regular CD slot on the computer. It doesn't work.)
Otherwise I love the Cochran. Highly recommend.
