I am trying to post pictures in the member or the trip gallery. the The problem is I follow the instructions to "submit a picture". Takes a couple of minutes then i get a response "i must complete the submission form". I cannot find a submission form. And what does a thread mean?

Ok several things may be happening.

1. To set up your own private gallery you need to pm Zendiver or email zendiver@singledivers.com to have him create you your own private gallery which are available to our premier members and charter members.

2. We have created a new gallery called Random Pictures from our Members which allows Trial Premier members, premier members, and charter members to be able to post pictures in. This is for people who don't want to set up their own private gallery.

3. The Trip Galleries are for pictures from specific trips and the Destination Galleries are pictures from that particular destination!

If you have upgraded to Premier Member for the private galleries and have requested one from ZD or have been upgraded by us complementarily as a Trial Premier Member for the Random Member Pictures gallery and are still having the error let us know. To know if you have been upgraded to a Trial Premier Member, look under your avatar or user name and it will tell you what membership category you are in.

And what does a thread mean?

A thread is a new topic in one of the forums. So your question in the Site Support forum is considered a new thread or topic.

I spent an hour trying to load pictures in Random Pictures from Members. Three times i got the same message "You must fill out a submission form completely"

I cannot find any button for a submission form. I filled out the image name every time. What am i doing wrong?

Oh that is where the problem is. I thought it was loading your avatar. We just set that gallery up so I'm sure it is a permissions problem. I'lll check to see what its set at. If I can fix it cool...if not I'll call the 'big boys' and they will fix it!

Please advise when the Picture upload is fixed. Or what i am doing wrong.

Your photo gallery has been set up and is working. If you are having problems, then I would suggest reading this first.

I tried to post in the Random Gallery again and in the Members gallery that Walter and Zendiver has just set up for me. Here is a copy of the message i get after i hit the submit button. "You must fill out the submission form completely" I have reduced the size of the picture and still does not work. I have tried from three different computers, same problem.

I have read the instructions still no luck. It works for other people so.....I think it is something i am doing? But what?

It was the file size not the Submission Form! I knew it was me!

Thanks ZD for helping me with all this and using Adobe to get the right file size!!!
