Definitely suggest you do the Liberty wreck at Tulamben - check out the fan on the starboard side of the bow for a pygmy seahorse, plus other critters abound on this site. Definitely do this site from a dive boat, the boulder covered beach makes walking difficult, except for the mama-san carrying your gear, and the native out rigger boats [gunkung] aren't easy to get into from the water [I 'rolled' a rib]. There's a resort [Paradise Beach Bungalows & Dive Resort?] on the beach 1/4 mile from the site, you can stay there, then do the dive in the morning prior to the day trippers arriving. I've done a night shore dive from the resort which was great!!! I also have the contact info for a dive guide, I met on a liveaboard in 2013, who guides on Bali. I'm sure can can help you with other sites on the island, not just those on the SE shore & possibly some land based options. PM me if you want her contact info.
