ARRIVING EARLY/STAYING LATE:

 

Hello gang! Is anyone arriving early or staying longer than our official trip dates of Sep 3-10? If so we need to know so we can book you a room and make arrangements for you.

 

 

Arriving Early, Sept 1:

Staying Later, Sept 11:

Hi Kamala.  Not sure if we need to reply to this since LovesToDive and I "slipped" our dates and so our departure date is Sept 12.  As per early conversations and emails, the room availability was confirmed with LCBR prior to our making reservations with the trip.

 

But it is always good to check up on things, so please confirm our arrival/departure dates  Sept 5 - Sept 12.

Thank you and YES we are trying to raise awareness with others that extra days must be captured and approved by LCBR!!!  I will add you to the list!

   Karen and I are arriving on Thursday Sept 1 and not leaving until Sunday Sept 11 . As per our previous e mails Mary Weller  did confirm there is room for us on those dates . Please advise when and how ? where ? we can pay for those 3 extra days .

For those of you arriving early or staying late and have the dates approved by LCBR -

 

The EXTRA DAYS have been added to the system's inventory and are ready for you to add to your cart.  There are two options based on whether you will be diving on your extra day.  Both options include the room and meals,  the only difference is a two-tank dive day.  ROOM ONLY denotes the package without diving.

Penny and I are arriving on the 1st. We're waiting for a price for non diving extra night since we're getting there too late to dive the first day.
