My guess is a Nembrotha milleri
Found a great site with what looks like a comprehensive list and this is the closest match I could find.

Thanks - I was confident it's a Nembrotha - just didn't realize it was so FAT it was laying on its other gills - or maybe another Nembrotha
Also, thanx for the link - I've just about worn out my book leafing through it to classify all the different ones I got picts of
If your into Nudes you got to go to Anilao!!!

I've been going thru more of my Philippines picts, and while this one's not a Nude, I'm unable to find what the critter is - even though the pict was taken w/105 macro lens, if I magnify it, it becomes pixelated
As you can see this is a pict of a Stony Coral Goby on a bubble coral -
The question is - what is the 'critter' w/the curly q-s behind the gills of the goby?
An isopod maybe?
