Buz (AirHead) here. I was logged into the forums and tried to view a member's profile but the system told me

Sorry, you don't have permission for that!

So I tried to submit a help desk ticket . It wanted me to login in so I tied my user name and password but it just took me right back to the you must login page. I believe that I am still a premier Member until May 2017 (I think)

Buz you are correct regarding your latest Premier subscription, you are good until 31 May 2017. We do not yet know what happened exactly but have manually returned your Member Profile to the Premier Member group. You should be good to go now.
