Please let us know if you are Flying, Driving, Renting a car, are local and can help with member airport pickups etc.  We will use this topic to organize all things transport so save our members money and split the cost of gas/rental cars etc as much as possible.

UA 1164 leaves Denver 8:40 a arrives FLL 2:36p

8/31/17

UA1101 leaves FLL 3:43 p arrives Denver 6:09p

 

If I can hitch a ride from the airport, that would be awesome, I think everyone will probably be diving on the return, so I can do that one.  Of course will help with any and all expenses

I'm flying into West Palm Beach (PBI).  I wasn't planning on renting a vehicle, but can if I need to.  If I don't need to, I'd need a ride from the airport (but not back).

Howdy Kamala.

Possible good news:

My two week vacation (scheduled for the total solar eclipse) ends the weekend of August 26.
I don't know yet when I will be back in town.  Depending when I get back to Palm Beach County, I may be able to help out.

 

Bad news:

Now I drive a cargo van, so I will have lots of room for equipment, but not people.

 

You have my personal email, so we'll catch up right before you all get to Florida :-)

I'm flying into West Palm Beach (PBI).  I wasn't planning on renting a vehicle, but can if I need to.  If I don't need to, I'd need a ride from the airport (but not back). 

You are golden flying in to PBI - the Doubletree hotel is only 6 miles away right up Interstate 95 and Doubletree runs courtesy vans there. It is our job to alert the hotel of your flight number and arrival time, so thanks for uploading your Itinerary, it came through perfectly!

Kathy since you are flying in to FLL we will prioritize a pick up for you - it will probably me in my old pick up, hope that is okay for a Colorado mermaid.

  that would be soooooo totally awesome!!!  I really appreciate it. The Colorado mermaid drives a truck, (mostly hail damaged now) best way to get around here!!! And yes it is also aging

Thanks Brian! We may very well need some extra space in your rental and will help offset the price accordingly. Brad is helping to figure out all the transport logistics so thank you for offering and for the update. Kamala

Probably should be flying into PBI, might see if I can change.  It appears that is the place to fly in.  Other than that thinking, I am still on track with the itinerary I already put in.
