HIKA ISSUE WITH RAJA 2019 WEEK #1

 

1. Shopping cart shows Roatan Wk 1 not Raja

HI Pam, I will email this to you as well. In any event, Brad and I have both confirmed that only 2 master spots have been sold for the Raja Jan 24 trip and there are a total of 4 spots but the inv says 0 inv avail. Can you please add 2 spots to that inventory so those spots can be sold.

Once done please let Brad know so he can let Molly know that she can book them. Thank you! kamala

Pam replied she could do this tomorrow when she got back but apparently Scott was able to do it as there were 2 spots back in inv of which Molly has signed up for 1 already for her daughter.

 

Now we need to cancel her Deluxe sign up so she can sign up for Master and add 1 more spot back to the Deluxe for a total of 2 spots l,eft to sell. Thank you!

The Raja Week 1 Master Cabin has been added for Molly.  Please tell her I apologize for the delay.  When I was going through the system last night I could find where she had tried to book it previously but then it didn't show up on the roster.  I didn't want to add the inventory back into until I was sure she wasn't already listed.... Scott explained how the systems are connected and now I understand!  So this is a newbie delay!

 

 

I also added the S/O spot.

 

 

On Raja Week 2:

I removed one S/O spot.

 

Also... on Raja Week 2, I plan to go so, the Delux D/O will also soon reduce to 2 Avail.  ... Just working on getting my deposit in and getting booked!
