Butch since Pam and I will be in CZM this week can you see what the KNOW BEFORE YOU GO documents suggest as a hotel for days before and/or  after ?I NEED to get a group hotel on hold asap so we can all safely stay together.  Please see if you can find some suggestions. Thank you!

OK the Know Before You Go says:

Pam I have been able to secure(1) single occupancy cabin for Jeff Wesche who thought he was signed up but was not. He is willing to take the single occupancy cabin and since he would have signed up and paid in full when it opened for booking like he normally does please extend the $100 booking discount to him as well for payment in full. Since we are so close and final payment has been made to the boat... set it up for a single payment and extend the EBD coupon.

Please let me know if you have any questions and please let Jeff know when he can book.

 

Brad: No need to chg the forum stuff. Once Jeff signs up then just fix the numbers to show Jeff added in the s/o category and on the list. It will still say SOLD OUT.

Pat is distraught that she is not on the trip. I told her about the single room and that Jeff gets first dibs but if he passes she can have it. I do not think she can afford it and now he has taken it...it does not matter but I'm trying to not rub salt in the wound for her. Tks, kamala

PRICING FOR ADD ON'S...IN PROGRESS

 

1. We will NOT be charging for the nitrox as people can use their park fee credit to pay for it.
2. We will NOT be adding the steel tank upgrade price as it can be paid for via the park fee credit
3. We will TRACK the FREE Warm up dive by offering it for free for sign ups (we will give them the details and ask us to sign up so we can set it up with the dive operator)
4. We will set up the park fee for $375 per person
5. We will set up the hotel with LIMITED spots as follows:  (Once I get the rest of the diver's input so we can lock it all in I'll post the pricing and hopefully eliminate at least one of the sku's below)

Sadly the Canadian govt has gone totally dictatorial and has shut down ALL travel including inside their own Providences. As a result Zil can not go. She was going to cross the border by car and they have cracked down on that as well. So when Pat fell asleep at the wheel and missed her chance to get on this trip I told her to keep the dates open. Fortunately she did and she is ready to step in to help Zil.

 

I have worked out payment with Pat and so she is ready to have her spot added to the inv today so she can lock this in before heading to the Bahamas. Please add one of the deluxe d/o spots back in (the same that Zil had) and let me know. I'll text her so she can sign up today. Thank you, Kamala
