Generally lunch consists of any one of the following:
  • muffin
  • bagel
  • soup or
  • salad
Of course, I must admist that I am sometimes guilty of no lunch or a trip to the candy jar at the reception desk as well... :teeth:

today... lunch consisted of homemade chicken and dumplings i made for friends yesterday... prolly tomorrow too ...as i tend to cook for a army when i really only need to cook for a squad.... dang i need to learn about portions soon... happy days all...

The company I work for has an exercise facility so I get in a quick workout for lunch. Because I'n a little pressed for time, I usually have a piece of string cheese walking to the gym and a liquid meal replacement shake (while I walk back to my tiny cubicle) afterwards.
