My dive buddy wants to post her Boyle's Law science project here.

Walter suggested putting it into the Dive Training forum, and that makes sense.

My question is how to post an MS Word report that has jpeg pictures, a table, and some Excel graphs?

I suppose I can convert the MS Word data table to jpeg, and the Excel graphs.... but I think the resulting images will have lousy resolution.

Any technical suggestions how to post this report with the pictures and graphs in the right narrative spots from the admins?

Thanks

Michael

Hmmm.... I'd save the graphs from the document to my HDD as .jpgs, copy the text into the post, then insert the images at the appropriate intervals- i.e. paragraph- image of bar graph- next paragraph- next image, etc, etc.

It really is good to see you again, Michael- I've heard a little bit about this project & cannot wait to see the results!

Hi Marvel

Ok.... That seems like the only way. I was just hoping for some magical way that was less work.

She really wants to post it... cause she is curious if anyone will agree with her recommendations.

She is such a persistent kid. Never lets go. It wears me out sometimes!

"Did you hear from Walter yet?"

I am too tired to resist......

I cannot seem to add images to this board.

Has posting images been disabled?

Thanks

I sent the Eagle a PM. It's a good time to work on that whole patience thing with her, Michael.

Try it in Dive Training now.

Yes, I can post *a file* but I would like to post multiple pics and multiple graphs where they are supposed to be in the report.

Is that possible?

If not, that is cool.

Thanks

It probably is, but I don't know how to do it unless you make multiple posts.

Yes, there is a way. It can't be done in this thread as no images are allowed. You will have to upload the images to a server, and then put the URL to the images as you want them displayed. Similar to what I did for the first Athens trip report.
