As you are aware, our home has been growing. We’ve managed so far with no moderators. That’s been easy because we have such great members and you haven’t given us any trouble at all. We also believe moderation should be mild and avoided where possible.
Even with such great members and a philosophy that allows more leeway than average, there are odd jobs that require moderation from time to time. Se we've reached the point of needing our first moderators.
We need a special breed to be moderators, people of high intelligence with common sense, an ability to have fun and a willingness to help. We are privileged to have two new moderators with these fine qualities and many others too numerous to mention. I am honored to announce our first two moderators are Diverlady and Coppermaus. Please join with WreckWench, zendiver and myself in thanking them for taking on this responsibility.
