[QUOTE]I got the same info and same pics. I'll post below. The broker has indicated that several people have expressed interest...must be all of our guys...and someone named 'Todd' I think. He also said the boat was in Canada and he thinks that DrDiver will be contacting him to 'discuss' SD's offer for the boat if we are interested. Not sure you'll get more from him then what we all have so far.

The only person I know who has contacted him other than our people is Phillip Janca, the owner of Hypertech and the designer and builder of SDL-1 (the submersible). Phillip has a son, Todd who would probably do the initial legwork--This could be the Todd or doesn't maxdiver go by Todd?). In any event, it doesn't look as if he has many "tirekickers" (Rudderknockers??) so far. The ship's status is listed as "Active" which means she is probable more-or-less seaworthy as she sits. I'm sure she needs a lot of paint, cleaning, and a thorough review of all propulsion and electronic systems. I still have my 1st Class Radiotelephone-General radiotelephone License, Extra class HAM radio License etc, so sign me up as radio officer/hyperbaric chamber operator/cook/maintenance engineer/deckswabber or whatever.
