Hello everyone! I'd like to introduce to you our first seven (7) Charter Members of SingleDivers.com! These folks have decided to help with SD.com in a behind the scenes manner that will allow us to continue to grow at the rapid pace we are currently growing at as well as help me and my administrative team to guide the direction and future activities of SingleDivers.com.

Please welcome them and give them your support and ideas and perhaps even consider becoming a Charter Member yourself! We truly do need all the help we can get and this is a unique early opportunity to be part of a really fun and exciting new adventure!!!

They are our first seven Charter Members and I'm thrilled to have them as part of the team!

So what exactly are charter members? Well the bylaws currently define them as:

Charter Members will be limited to 100 select members for an annual leadership contribution of $250:

- All benefits of the standard and premier memberships plus:
- The opportunity to be an integral part of the leadership of SingleDivers.com with significant input opportunities and future growth opportunities as SingleDivers.com grows and needs additional talent.
- The opportunity to help financially support the successful launch of SingleDivers.com
- Voting and decision making input on future SingleDivers.com trip destinations and dates
- Voting and decision making input on the direction of SingleDivers.com marketing, retail, and trade related endeavors
- Unique designation as a “Charter Member” and the opportunity to change your avatar to a non-personal photo related picture
- Plus a FREE SingleDivers.com limited edition t-shirt
- Plus a FREE Classified ad to sell or seek dive gear, dive stuff, or just regular stuff
- Plus FREE inclusion in our unique “Diver to Diver” network.
- Plus FREE SingleDivers.com business cards to facilitate telling others about SD.com
- Plus FREE SingleDiver.com email address

Ok so what does that really mean? Well for starters I need help deciding important issues about the future direction and growth of SD.com. I need help deciding where to run trips for the rest of 2004 and quite frankly I need to have the calendar set for 2005 so people can start planning NOW to dive with us. I need help recruiting people to the site...especially fun people like we have so far! I need help in deciding what direction to take the site and as we grow...heck I'll need LOTS of help to just run all our trips...be moderators...be regional coordinators or local club leaders...coordinate special events....establish SingleDivers.com charities and who knows what else.

I do know this...we have begun to assemble an incredible team and I'm tickled that you all are part of it!! Thank you, Kamala aka "Wreck Wench"

It's official!! We just added 2 more charter members to help our organization grow and become truly the 'funnest place in between dives!" We'd still like a few more people to join us in shaping the direction of our fun little venture here so if you think you can make a difference or have ideas you'd like to share...come join us...we'd love to have you!
