I want to post a little reminder that is hopefully a word to the wise.

This has not been a problem here at Single Divers and frankly I don’t expect it to become one.

In the US, we are involved in a presidential election. It looks as if mud is flying. I’m sure many people here have very strong opinions on the issues and the candidates.

I’d like to remind everyone that politics can be very emotional and can cause tempers to flare.

We are not outlawing political discussions. We don’t see much of a need for them here, but we do strongly believe in the free flow of ideas. We do want to remind everyone that political discussions are not an excuse for personal attacks. We will enforce the prohibition against attacks and we do expect everyone to remain as polite as they’ve been up to now.

You’ve all been great and we appreciate you all!
