Yes, I was just there in April and was my first dive experience ever -- and now I've almost completed my certification. I was in Nassau and went Diving at Stuart Cove's Dive Bahamas. It was so much fun, I'll probably be back there sometime in fall. Here is a link to their website: Stuart Cove's. You can make reservations through the hotel where you are staying (if in Nassau) or via their reservations office in Ft. Lauderdale: Reservations

They have a first-class operation there. Lots of wreck dive locations, shark dives, coral reefs, you name it. They filmed a lot of movies there such as some of the James Bond movies, "After the Sunset" with Pierce Brosnan...in fact, the "Flipper" set is still there.

I have not been, but heard that diving is terrific in Grand Bahama island as well! Have a terrific time!

Yaj;
I was in Nassau in January and dove with Nassau Scuba Center. It's a small operation but had a great time. Only 3 of us on the boat. The divemaster; (Werner) was from Amsterdam, and was a blast!
BTW; the Nassau casinos are terrible.

I believe that In2H2O used to work down at the Nassau Scuba Center as an instructor for a while. He may be able to give you more info as well. Have fun! :usflag:
