I wish I could. I was hoping I could crash y'all's party, but I will not be in Dallas until Tuesday, 7/21. :dltears:

Did you mean 6/21 (or 7/21 as posted?). Maybe if 7/21, DFW would be up for another HH by then!

Oops, good catch. Thanks, Sassyrabbit. I meant 6/21.

It's a 2-hr drive for me, but I'm gonna try to make this one. I may even bring a friend along.

Looking forward to meeting all of you.

Remember everyone:

ID yourself at the door in order to get your singledivers wristband that will make it possible to get the HH beer prices from the friendly waitstaff/bartenders at Firewater.

Yours truly, the Monotreme Extreme, will arrive early in order to scope out the layout and handle any last-minute stuff before you arrive for the par-TAY!

Working on the details for a surprise drawing for the evening, too...you'll just have to be there for it to find out, now, won't you?

There is a good area separated off with sofas & chairs that we have used for VIP parties before. We should be able to get that. :)

I think we should discuss in depth the topless diving issue raised in another thread.

This seems to be an important issue, in the industry today.

Maybe maybe not, I'm not to sure with some of the crazies we got in this bunch (said with the warmth, kindness and affection to all who read and may take offense.)

Thanks for a great time everyone, and a big thanks to the folks arranging the evening.

I had a great time and met some really fun folks, and look forward to doing it again.

Take care, everyone, and dive safe!

Thank you all for welcoming me so graciously. I enjoyed myself very much and look forward to diving with the group very soon. :-)

The venue was great, the music good and the comp
any was awesome. Definately worth the 2-hour drive. I'll plan on making the next HH.

I had a great time as well. It was nice meeting everyone and a special thanks to Platypus for choosing the Firewater and setting it up for us.
