I recently was asked what information do I carry in my dive log book (my list to follow in a moment), and when I told the diver what I had, they were surprised to find out that I had an accident detail sheet (well actually sheets).

My dive log book typically contains:
cert cards (and of course my DAN card)
directions to local sites
brief overview of some local wrecks (I have multiple copies, which I freely give to divers on site)
accident sheets
basic medical treatment
dive log sheets
paper for notes....
calling cards

So back to what I wanted to ask.... who else has them?
Sometimes, you just gotta be

I have my SSI tables and my Deco Tables for three different common mixes.

I also have my C-Cards and DAN card.

I carry a neurological exam checklist that I got with my Stress and Rescue course and directions to the dive site are on my GPS in the car.

I have my emergency information with me and the other side of the field neuro exam has my accident flow chart. I also try to keep a working pen in there :fish: .

I think that I covered all of my other gear and S.A.D. stuff in other threads.
A person should be judged in this life not by the mistakes that they make nor by the number of them. Rather they are to be judged by their recovery from them.
