Well Folks, I just got back from Coz last weekend. First trip there, and as it seems most of you are old Coz-Monauts, I'll just say I enjoyed every minute of those wonderful reefs. Drift diving Rocks!!!! LOL talk about the ultimate lazy diving!

Water temp in the 80's Great vis...eels, eagle rays, turtles, nurse sharks, beautiful reef fishes and tons of lobster on the night adventures....I swear some of those Bugs could have caught me and brought me home for supper they were so big!

Our own SuperDave was my roomdog on the trip. He became affectionatly known as "Long Hose" on this trip. I won't expound on the reasons why...nor will I reveal what Dave and the others called me or why....So Long Hose if you care to check in with your two cents... :cool2: do so.

I might also add that SuperDave and myself had a hard time staying out of the water...and along with others found that a relaxing evening entertaining a couple Margaritas leads to nighttime snorkle adventures (I'm still pulling urchin spines out of my hand) LOL....

Anyone else who was there care to check in....please do!

Hey Blood,

What happened with the "What happens in Coz stays in Coz" agreement? 2 days later its over. :cool2:

Well with that my roomdog, aka Can O'tuna for reasons we will leave unsaid, was an absolute hoot to be with. For being a multi-card newbie Blublood is an outstanding diver. Some other adventurers were Alikat, Fingrabber, Bev, and Gary. Great group to be with.

I will second his observations about the wildlife (underwater) and the beauty of the reefs. Water was 81 degrees and clear. Midnight snorkeling off the shore was quite the adventure. Got to watch out for those washing machines! Went with Paradise Divers but still think the guys at Casa Del Mar were better. Plaza Las Glorias is a relatively nice hotel close to town.

We took lots of photos and I will try to post some of the better ones. Overall well worth the time and money.

Yeah, well - that was before he dived with me. You got the improved version...! :hiya:

Nah, BB is a good diver, but I expected that he'd learn a lot diving with you. I look forward to diving with you both again; besdies, he owes me air. :teeth: Glad it went well...

I think you are the source of my "multi-card newbie" statement. He also owes me about 700 lbs of air also. Mr. Hoover has gotten quite a bit better in the last week.

I think I owe you some air and a new SeaCure!

And, I owe BB air too!

Rats! I went to Coz and came back owing air!

But, as you have both said, this was an excellent trip with awesome people...it was great to dive with all five of you...

That picture of BB in the wreck is hilarous!

BB donated air to someone? Where did you get enough to share? :welcome:
