Please help...I am new to the site (about a month), and have not posted due to not having a photo of myself for a proper introduction, however now that I have one, I cannot figure out how to post as this big box keeps telling me to contact an administrator...If no one is busy and would not mind.... I will just be sitting here waiting patiently.........Thanks

Hang in there, we are having some issues with the uploading since the upgrade. I have a service ticket open with the vendor.

When you say "Hang in there,..." Are you suggesting 3 Minutes... or was that just a figure of speech and I should check back in a day or two? Regards...

We've had the ticket open for a week so apparently they are having problems fixing it. Check back in a few days and thank you for being patient with us. A number of people went to change their avatars and then could not reload a new one...so unfortunately quite a few people are impacted by this so it has our top priority...even if that only means that we are getting it escaled with the vendor. Currently we are at level 4 support...don't know how many more levels they have nor how much longer but hopefully it will be fixed in just a few days! Thank you, Kamala

Sort of on the same topic:
I tried to post more than one picture but got a message that said my global limit was exceeded. Do I need to do something different?
Thanks,

Tony

I haven't tried to post pics since the new board, but when I have posted multiple pics in the past, I needed to post them one at a time; they each counted as their own post. I've noticed other people in the past managed to not need to do this, but I'm not sure how, nor if such a thing is possible on the new board.
