1) the inmates understand the system better and can navigate the mayhem...OR....
2) management's trying to reform us by turning our own against us!

Ahhh Walter... some days... you know some days...

Keep with the positive attitude and all will be well. If it seems to serious, step away and "divorce yourself" from it for a bit, it's surprising how quick situations that are hot for you, die a quiet death.
