I have studied this diet over the last two years...I started with the chiseled body of a greek god, after two years of comfort food and little physical activity I am now in the possesion of a fatarss...I have come to the conclusion that you can eat whatever you like but you must run every day...I have taken the first steps to the transformation by purchasing a pair of $90 running shoes and some fancy wind shorts...once my body heals from that purchase I will start the running...I will update my progress...
