Although this thread is more than a year old, if these bags are still available, I'd be most interested!

A few questions...

It looks like the mesh is the heavy duty *plastic* type, as opposed to the wimpy, laundry bag type on my current bag. It's a bit hard to tell because the pic is small. Can someone please confirm this?

Is the chest strap removeable without having to actually cut anything?

The description says there's a full-length dry pocket... so there's 2 pockets? (The only one visible in the pics looks to be a square pocket on the outside front of the bag.)

:)

Annasea I'll try to answer as best I can:

1. Yes we still have LOTS of these in stock. They are great bags...in fact I use one myself!
2. Yes the mesh is heavy duty plasitc type...not the thin laundry bag style as you are talking about.
3. While the chest strap is not removeable...I've also never used it so it certainly doesn't get in the way. In fact you don't notice it at all.
4. Yes there is a full length dry pocket inside the bag. It works pretty good too. Under normal use things stay pretty dry. If the bag is totally dipped in water well it will leak.

I hope this answers your questions. The bag also has a SingleDivers.com patch on the front pocket.

Gotcha on the full length inside pocket, but is there a square pocket on the outside front of the bag as well? (I need a place to store my dive tables. :))

Yes there is a good sized square pocket on the outside as well as the interior pocket that would certainly fit your dive tables...just put some in mine to check!

Well, the dive tables remark was a bit of a joke actually. My air consumption is such that at this time, I don't even get close to the table's edge. ;)

Since the bag's cost includes shipping, and NO LOGOS (:)) other than the SD one, you've got yourself a sale! PM sent.

Glad this subject came up. I ordered one of these 10 days ago, but haven't been home to see if they have been sent. By the time I do get home, I leave the next day for Cozy, and would like to take the bag with me. Can you UPS my order to me, as I will not have the opportunity tp go to the PO between flights, if not, that's ok too.

Thanx
Bill

If any one is considering buying one - I will testify. I own one and love it. It fits all my gear and I just wear it like a backpack, leaving both hands free to drag my suitcase and take care of airport matters.

Do you check it or take it on board with you?

Kamala - I know these bags have all sold out, but I would like one when you get more in. Thanx
