I heard a story lately that went like this...

I was sitting in a coffee shop when...______________.

Now fill in the blank. See if you can guess how the story ends!

When you fill in the first blank and start the story...then leave an opening for someone to add to the story and then they leave an opening and so on!

And when we all complete the story accurately they will get a special little something from 'da wench!

Several years ago now I was sitting in a coffee shop when I overheard a husband and wife arguing about the film Titanic. She wanted to see it. He did not. Finally, in great frustration she snapped, "Well, at least you'll enjoy the part where the boat sinks." He shot back, "Why didn't you just say you'd seen it already?" I almost choked on my coffee and everyone at nearby tables looked at this guy like he was crazy. "What?" he demanded, completely puzzled by the group reaction.

Even if that's not the one you're looking for, it's funny in it's own right!

Her friend (who happened to be blond) replied with a shocked gasp: "Oh my God! . . . How many is a brazilian?"

I was sitting in a coffee shop when I realized there was no whiskey. How the heck were they going to make my Irish coffee?

in walked the most handsome man I had seen in a long time! Our eyes met and we knew we were meant to be together. He approached subtley with an incredibly sexy smile and then........out of his mouth came "Girlfriend! Where did you get that fabulous pair of shoes!" "I just HAVE to have a pair!" :lmao:

Wish I could say the same for the bottles of champagne that we recovered during the same dive...do you know how bad salt water and champagne taste? Oh yeah, the corks must've imploded from the pressure.

I was sitting in a coffee shop when this man dressed in a very tattered full 7mm wetsuit with "Dr. Bill" on the chest burst in through the door and said "Don't you idiots realize that this coffee costs more per gallon than gasoline? I brew mine at home for a 10th the cost, and it's time to go diving..."

Speaking of gasoline, some $&%%*(* siphoned all the gas (2 gallons?) out of my golf cart the other night. I didn't discover it until I went to pick up an invalid friend of mine to take her grocery shopping. Grrr.

Speaking of imploding...my friend DrBill nearly imploded when he discovered the whole 2 gallons of gas were siphoned out of his dive cart on Catalina. He was nearly as frustrated as my friends who got the bottles of champagne off the Doria!

As for the champagne...

And even though I don't like coffee (I must be narc'd!) and someone is trying serve me cork impregnated champagne (they must be narc'd!) I still managed to find that bottle of Gentleman Jack that Mr 'Tooth left behind!

OH and my Shakka shoes are not waterlogged, either - I was amazed to find a pair on the Doria (or was that in the Wench's loot bag??)

I guess I was narc'd :cool1:
