I will be taking a long weekend to Abaco in November to check out houses for rent and dive ops (Brendal's) for a longer trip in February or March. I'm thinking 10 divers max. Let me know if you're interested. Abaco sits on the third largest barrier reef (after Great Barrier and Belize) in the world.

I've always wanted to go there. However, I will likely not be able to do much traveling that time of year.

Abaco is in the Bahamas. I've looked a bot more into it and spoken to some yacht captains who know the area. They say weather in Abaco can be rough in winter because it is the northeasternmost island in the Bahamas and unprotected from the open sea.
Andros, on the other hand, seems to be a better bet for this time of year.
