Diversitea was formulated with several different herbs, each targeted to address a specific need.

Red Clover is the primary herb, and the reason Diversitea exists. Red Clover contains a trace element called Molybdenum (MO) - which the body uses to remove nitrogen waste. We have about 9 mg of MO in our system at any given time, which is enough to process the amount of nitrogen we take in when breathing air at the surface (now). When we dive, and the air we breathe is compressed, we increase the amount of nitrogen we are processing, and, since we do not have the MO to process it, it is released into our blood and tissue as bubbles.

Drinking Diversitea gives us additional Molybdenum with which to process this extra nitrogen, and helps us to feel less fatigued when doing repetitive dives.

There are 5 other herbs that make up Diversitea's special blend - Next time - Hibiscus!

But does it taste good, and where do you find it?

You can find Diversitea at many dive shops in the US (see http://diversitea.com/Retailers.htm for a list of dealers). Or, if there is no local dive store carrying Diversitea, you may wish to visit our online store https://shop.diversitea.com/ to buy Diversitea. As a Premier Member, you will get a discount when you check out of the store. Visit the Premier Members Forum for your discount code.

Singledivers.com is also giving Diversitea away at various Happy Hour events as well!

In answer to the does it taste good" question...Hibiscus is a main ingredient in Diversitea, and so if you like the Zinger teas, or Starbuck's Passion/Orange teas you will like Diversitea, although it is different from both of them. It is a "red" tea, and uses Stevia as a natural, calorie and chemical free sweetener.

Some people (mostly from the South like sweet tea, and add sugar, but the majority of Diversitea drinkers take it straight. The taste is Cranberry, orange and a little bit of ginger...

Sunset Blend has a Cinnamon Blackberry flavor, and works as a de-stress and sleep tea.

Try a sample! The Sample pack has one of each.

Janine: i will second that on the teas. the taste has a edge(to me) to it but i have found with a little cranberry juice it evens out. The sunset formula is great as i have used it on several occasions to help me unwind from a very long day, it works much better then some of the meds(OTC and RX) I have.
