Just renewed my Premier Membership. Initally, I went to 'My Controls' - 'Options' - 'Purcahse Paid Subsriptions', but alas there was no link to the NEW Electronic Payment option. I know it's hard to track down all the different areas of the site, where payments can be made. I'm sure your techies will have this resolved in nano-seconds!!!

Well not nano seconds....but here is the work around....

1. Subscribe and choose POST meaning you are sending a check (mail or via gateway or even via cc)
2. Then go to gateway and pay for membership
3. Usually we'll see the payment and either confirm your new membership or try to manually extend your existing one.

Either way you should be ok. As for projects...as soon as we get our new automated order process going THEN the gang is going to work on how to add the new payment gateway to the payment options.

I'm trying to upgrade to Premier Member and receive an error when in My Controls and Clicking on Purchase Paid Subscriptions. Once I choose Premier and click on Continue to pay, I receive the following:

The error returned was:
A current subscriptions package ID was not passed to the payment methods form, transaction failed.

There was a weird transaction on Craig's membership that I think was blocking his upgrade. If craig tries to upgrade now then he should be ok.
