(Note this was moved to Site Support and Help to assist others having the same issue.)

I was trying to upload a new personal photo from my computer. There doesn't seem to be a browse button anywhere on the screen to search for it. How do I do this?

BB, are you:

Clicking on "My Controls" (from upper right hand part of screen)
Clicking on "Change Personal Photo" (from Left menu under Personal Profile)
Choosing "upload a new image from your computer" (middle part of screen)

You do not see a Browse button to the right of the address box?

The avatar selection lets you upload from your computer, but the personal photo area only lets you link to a pic. I uploaded my personal photo to my online file storage area and linked to it from there. Not sure what the "restore" function is.

It seems Brinybay is correct and that the personal photo option has changed -- one used to be able to upload a photo from one's computer -- so now personal photos need to be stored at a site such as Photobucket. The avatar option -- Browse -- still remains the same though.

Morning,

It looked fine to me, but I have unlimited power (mu-hahahahaha). I refreshed the settings on the picture uploading section and then used a new test account to check it. I attached the results from that test account. I believe it should be OK now. Please post here if it has not.

OK, I just compared the "Member" settings with the "Premier Member" settings and found a difference. Give it a try. You may have to log off then back on as before.

Good. Note the max dimensions for a picture in this area is 500 X 500 pixels and max size is 500K.
