Q: I join this site looking to find all these great Single and Buddyless dive buddies and all I see are a bunch of 'Announcements'? Where are all the people? the trips? and the great conversations?

A: That is an excellent question. When you register it is very important to fill out the age related questions accurately so that you'll have full access to our site. We allow you to give us your precise age and birthday (optional) as well as your age range (required). If you fail to fill out the 'age range' question correctly then you will get a default message saying that this information is required and a moderator will help you.

Q: How do I fill it out correctly?

A: Many mouses have scrolling capabilities in them which means you may choose the right age group but if you do not 'click' on the mouse to set that answer, your answer will change usually to the default when you scroll down to the next field in your profile. In this case the default puts you into a category that only allows you to read the 'announcements' as you've noticed.

Q: Once I've gone back into my profile to fix it then what do I do? It still shows only the announcements.

A: Once you've fixed your profile please send a message to Walter or myself letting us know that you have fixed it. Then we can open your access so that you'll fully enjoy all the fun going on at SingleDivers.com!

Q: What if I can't access my user profile information to fix my age?

A: Simply send a message to Walter via the system or myself...WreckWench and give us your age. We'll be happy to fix it for you. Or you can email Walter at walter@singledivers.com and/or myself at kamala@singledivers.com Once we have your age you'll get a message from us advising that your profile is fixed and you have full access to our site!
