Got some updates!

We did a rocking job in Texas...and this show is being done by the SAME promoters! Now we know what we need to provide and I'll outline it a bit more so everyone can be on the same page.

1. We will have a private forum so we can swap out personal info and help with rooming assignments etc. This will be set up asap.
2. We'll post flight details etc in the private forum for both our members coming in AND the VIP's we'll be picking up at the airport.
3. NOTE THE SHOW DAYS ARE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY ALL DAY LONG!!!
4. Several members from other parts of the US have expressed interest in helping with this show to GET CA OFF THE GROUND!!!
5. I will need ALL THE CA PEOPLE I CAN GET TO HELP WITH THE SHOW AND THE SD BOOTH!!!
6. We'll need VIP drivers...want to meet FAMOUS PEOPLE IN THE DIVE INDUSTRY??? This is a GREAT way to do it! We need people to do airport pick ups and drop offs.
7. We'll need 2 people to help the show all day Friday and all day Saturday. These people can rotate in and out of the show help to checking out the show as well as helping out the SD booth as long as we have 2 people equivelents for the show each day.
8. We'll need peeps to help man the book signing tables and RUB ELBOWS WITH THE 'FISH AND FAMOUS' in Diving!

Hi everyone, looks like I will be joining the Merry Band of Helpers to get this new show off to a great START!!

For those of you who are local, can you post and let us know how far you are from the show and/or if you will be getting a hotel or commuting.

WW I still can help, just let me know at the 30-45 day mark. You know as things are very flexible for me schedule wise in the month of april.

As for assignments is you know me Im the boy scout on steriods i will do anything, but i certainly wouldn't mind rubbing elbows with the celebrities of the dive world

Tooth we have you on standby! With Heidi coming onboard to help orchastrate we'll know soon enough if we need more members to fly in for the event! We are getting great response from our local CA members so we'll probably be ok!

It looks like we'll have several other chances for our SD members to 'rub elbows with the celebs of diving...San Jose, DC and Florida...so I PROMISE you can help with one and get your 'elbow rubbing chance'.
