The Star Spangled Banner like you've

Never heard it before!

This was at Texas Tech University Basketball game.

The National Anthem is sung by five [very] young ladies.

You have never heard it performed better than this!

An entire arena remains completely silent throughout the song.

You could hear a pin drop.

Take a moment to listen to this. Trust me, you will not regret it.

The two young ladies on the right are six years old.

The two in the middle are seven and the one on the left is eight

These girls should sing it before the Super Bowl! To sing it like that, in front of an arena full of people and not be more than eight years old?

I thought it would be the same group but before the Texans/Titans game here in Houston last month, another group of young girls sang the Star-Spangled Banner, they were around 10-12. They also did a great job.

uh uh uh <picks up jaw from the floor> Wow, if there this good at this age there only going to be much better when there older.

I also like the little variations they did on it as well as that added to it very nicely.

Whew! Persistence with Dial-Up paid off...usually I wouldn't bother to wait it out...but it was so worth the 1 min 53 seconds of play time for about 15 minutes of download. :teeth:

What an incredible group of girls!! Thanks Babs!!!

I found out that it is a group out of Lubbock called The Cactus Cuties. I did not think it was the same girls who sang last month at the Texans' game but it was. I said it was the game against the Titans, it was the game against the Bears.

Anyway I can listen to them sing the Star-Spangled Banner all day long!
