Just kidding!
Actually just wondering how you are doing John (Platypusman) Ed (Bowjunkie) and Dan ( Scubatooth)
Just thinking about you my friends and hoping you are doing better!

So Texas crowd are we doing the River Float this year? I think July works best for me. Although I could be talked into a July FLORIDA KEYS CRAWL!

WHAT U SAY? :bye: - D

Stopping in to say, "Hello!". A couple of us, no one from SD : ( were able to get out yesterday. A beautiful day, 1-2 foot seas and a BALMY 41 top to bottom. OK, the water could have been a tad warmer, but a nice day overall. Hope everyone is doinfg well.

Good morning everyone! It's a beautiful day here - foggy and cool, the frost has collected on the trees making them looked flocked.

Here in North Carolina, we got several inches of snow overnight, but it will be sunny and 38 this afternoon. Coldest January and February here in my memory. Usually a lot of spring-like days in February and even some in January. My electrical bill up 80 percent! Thank goodness heading to Bonaire in less than three weeks. Of course, it will likely be great weather here that week. My only issue will be weather on east coast on Friday March 5 and planes flying close to schedule.

February has always been my least-favorite month. When pressed to say something good about it, I point out that it's the shortest month.

Saw Wenchie at the Texas Dive Show in Frisco on Saturday, despite the remnants of the snowstorm in Frisco. She came in with her entourage and had blue hair. Got a hug and an air kiss and a "let's talk later", although I was on my way out for a beer (it was after noon, okay??).

Then she was off in a cloud of Nitrox surrounded by attendants and syncophants to cheer up the regular peeps working the SD booth. What a life...

Can't wait for March so classes can start up again. We had a staff meeting at the LDS today--landlord is kicking the owners out (and our facility has a 15' deep end salt water pool) to convert the whole complex into a medical office complex. This creates logistical headaches (where does the compressor go?). Oh well..

Just heard from Cass aka Hammered Head....I've been dog-sitting for her two pooches while she's been in Ft. Lauderdale to do her checkout dives for her AOW classes. She missed our impromptu lunchtime Happy Hour, but hey, I'd rather be diving myself!

Despite the rough seas, the cold water and the colder air temps, she got all of her dives done and was tickled to report that the instructor was impressed with her skills since she has very few dives under her weight belt.....

Congrats to Cass! (Rescue class is next! )

NOTE: Cass did the SD Rent-A-Buddy last June in Bonaire, and WW worked her magic on a very willing student!

Good mornin' all!! What a grand day! The cold front that came screaming in last evening only barely managed to put a damper on my buoyant mood..... I HAVE WHEELS!!! I am once again mobile!!!!!
