I've noticed that other people's post's are double spaced. How do I get my posts/emails to come out double-spaced? Thanks, Ellen

Ellen-

Don't let the SD mob's insensitive comments sting. Just remember, Bubble is in Arkansas where they may still use Apple II equipment and CPM OS and software.... The SD site is not exactly designed for high tech word processing. Just think simple. Just think basic. Just think (or don't)!

Back to TCDamsel's original question: Ellen, are you saying that when you read the posts, everything you see is double-spaced? Because everything I see is single-spaced except for the extra rows people put in on purpose, like when separating paragraphs. Maybe this is a job for shadragon, the resident conputer guru! Oh, Simon?

Y'all are just cracking me up!!!! :wakawaka: :lmao: :teeth: :lmao: :lmao: You must understand, although I am auditorily dyslexic, I am extremely visual. I am typing this from a IMac and have no idea if it has anything to do with how things appear. Some postings DO appear double-spaced and therefore a little easier to read while others appear single-spaced. I just like things to LOOK nice :cool2: (art history degree).

Yeah, I know. It looks kinda fishy... Posted Image

The edit window will work in any browser. IE, Firefox, Opera, Konqueror and yes even (coff) Safari. To make text double spaced, just use the enter key to advance down the page. Try editing and use the "Preview Post" button to see what it look like. Don't be afraid to experiment. :wakawaka:

I believe the rule is that we are "religiously apolitical" here (or something like that).

PPM -

I believe we are talking about "remarkably ambivalent", not "religiously apolitical". I think you must have drifted into a little "neoliberalism" after I left the HH on Friday!
