Sadly, I missed this past year's Cozy trip. I'd LOVE to get on this one! It will fall in between semesters and covers everything I'd like to do! Color me interested!

Hey gang...as you know this trip is NEXT to be posted. I have 9 different vendors required to make this trip a success, so missing info from just one will delay my ability to post it. However I think I have the last little bits or close to it so look for this before the end of the year!

Also we will have early booking specials for this trip as usual, but one will be for Premier Members only! So you'll want to make sure your membership is updated or go ahead and join now so you are ready! There will be a limited number of extra bennies for booking this trip early....during the 7 day premier member only booking window.

Why be a premier member?

Well its only $35 a year and you get $25 back after every trip if you file for it. Take one trip with SD and your membership is $10; take two and its free and you made money.

So why do we bother? Well, it does help us fund our site. As you know, sites like these (even when all volunteers) take money to run. Secondly, it gives us a way to give our members PRIVATE UNPUBLISHED SPECIAL DISCOUNTS on Travel and Merchandise that we could not do otherwise! And lastly, it helps to keep our community safe...creeps and perverts won't give us financial information so our community is now 100% safer since you have to pay to see anyone's profile or to contact them privately via pm thru the board. (Only staff can use the board's email function.)

So consider becoming a premier member if you aren't already.....membership definitely has benefits!

How To Upgrade:

1. Log in
2. Click on MY CONTROLS (on same line as Logged In as 'your name' line)
3. Click on PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS under Options on the left
4. Choose your membership level in this case Premier Member (note you can't renew your membership until it expires first even if you are close to expiring.)
5. Follow the prompts to pay for your membership. You can choose paypal and be upgraded instantly or pay via the Payment Link in my Signature and you will be updated within a day or so as soon as we process your check or credit card payment info and verify your subscription. NOTE: If you wish to use your checking account or credit card you must choose the POST option which says you are mailing a check.
6. Complete the payment process until you can proceed NO FURTHER. Your membership will either be instant or pending. If instant you can start viewing members profiles, you can of course sign up for trips before regular members and you can send pm's to other premier members. There are special forums just for premeir members and in 2010 you will have access to MANY travel discounts not available to the general membership!

I plan on teaching summer school Summer 2010. So I can manage 2 diving trips. I don't know what the dates are for summer teaching. As soon as I know I will post, but I would be interested in Cozy.

I hope you can join us too! It is a wonderful trip...I've done it 3 times now and still find it fascinating! kamala

I got one of the last bits of info I needed to finish this trip but I can't stay on line long enough to get this posted. However I will let you know this...

This trip will be limited to ONLY 20 people and I'm guessing it will fill out the first week it is posted by premier members. I have all 20 people booked in one hotel and I could add groups of 10 more but they will be in a different hotel away from the group so not something I care to do at this time.

So plan to be one of the FIRST 20 to book!

Awesome! Make sure you book so you fly into Cozy and out of Cancun. Also we will give you times for when you can book aka to arrive no later or depart no later. Arriving in Cozy is not an issue....get there when you can. Departing out of Cancun is more of an issue and if I recall you need to book a 12noon or later flight.

Will have this ready to book in a few short days...Thank you all! k

I'll only be doing the front end Cozy part but staying for the remainder of the week in Cozy if I go, not crossing the istmus, or whatever body of water seperates Cozy and Playa
