I will be flying via Dallas to LAX and will overnight the 10th of July! I get in around 5 or 6pm so by the time I get my bags it will be about 7pm which is a perfect time to do a Happy Hour!

I'll try to 'hold' the date open, for what I'm sure will be the first of many "Gone Away" HH's. As usual don't know what my 'work' (?) scedule will be.
I've finally found something good about DFW, it will allow you to make stopovers for many more HH's.
No doubt, the Rolling Stones will be announcing another worldwide (Farewell?) tour, soon.

Tolbert's is a good bar with bands later (friends do not let friends play in cover bands) or a couple cool wine bars (Tastings, Farerra (?)).

I vote for Tastings (located on the Southern Edge of Main Street in Grapevine) as I hear that drinking wine is very good for you!! Besides, I am trying to get in touch with my inner metrosexual self!!
